Presumably Frank Held was using a Planet Jr. or something similar when he had the idea to invent a cultivator with a motor on it. He designed the GroMor to be able to use Planet Jr. Attachments.

The GroMor in the video above was passed down from Frank Held to his son Oliver Held and then to Oliver's son Don Held. Don has shared it with the family and it was restored in 2013 by Frank Held's great grandsons Kaleb & Dathan Held.
